Trade Telesales:
We offer a telesales service to restaurants and hotels for next day delivery. Please ask for details.
Wine lists:
We are pleased to offer assistance in the preparation your wine list.
Mail order and gift cartons:
We will be pleased to dispatch orders to any address in the UK. Carriage and insurance will be charged at cost. Cartons can be tailor-made to your requirements. Please ask for details.
Staff Training:
We are prepared to conduct wine tastings at customers’ premises should they request it.
Sale or Return:
You can have any goods on a sale or return basis for special occasions, by prior arrangement. Full credit will be given for any stock returned provided it is in a saleable condition. Goods supplied on this basis are charged at full list price.
Valuations:
We are pleased to advise customers on current values of wines they may have for disposal. In some instances we will purchase the wines ourselves. We are always happy to arrange an introduction to the major auction houses.
Glass Hire:
Glasses will be loaned for a small charge of £1 per box, when accompanying a wine order and should be returned in a clean condition in the boxes provided. Shortages will be charged for in full.
Deliveries:
A free delivery service is offered for orders of a case (12 bottles) and over by our own vehicles throughout North and Mid Wales, Cheshire and Wirral. For the rest of the UK mainland a minimum order of 5 cases is required for free delivery. Orders less than 5 cases will receive a delivery charge.

Collection:
It would be appreciated if orders were placed in advance to enable preparation prior to collection.
